Ain't never gonna happen...
"The seeded model looked like a playoff, and we don't think a playoff is in the best interest of college football" Best interest of college football or the interest of sponsors and bowl games...
This next season will be pretty interesting friends. Can't wait.

Sista 4 Life
I am officially an Alpha Chi Omega alum. We finished senior week last week and had so much fun just being together.
They made a video for us with pictures from when everyone was little. I guess we can see who is a natural blonde now... ha.

The way.
I'm convinced being generous is a better way to live
I'm convinced forgiving people and not carrying around bitterness is a better way to live.
I'm convinced having compassion is a better way to live.
I'm convinced pursuing peace in every situation is a better way to live.
I'm convinced listening to the wisdom of others is a better way to live.
I'm convinced being honest with people is a better way to live.
(Shout out to Rob Bell)

Freedom
You, my brothers, were called to be free. -- Galatians 5:13 If the son has set you free, then you are free indeed. --John 8:36
So I am going through this kind of quarter-life crisis. I have never been one to settle with mediocrity and I feel like I could easily stumble into that since finding a job is the "normal and expected" next step. When have I ever been one to do what is normal and what is expected?
I am so excited for this new opportunity Morgan and I seem to have stumbled upon, but I keep thinking about how excited I am to travel and how excited I am to meet new people and that I am excited at the opportunity to create change and create knowledge. We always talk about the Lord's will and that all I can ask in life is follow it, but it's at times like these that I can't figure out which way is up. Do you remember watching Alice in Wonderland when you were little and the crazy cat keeps telling her different ways to go to get out of the forest? Same feeling without the illegal drugs...
All I know is I was called to be free। But being free doesn't necessarily have to be through traveling to foreign countries, although that would be ideal since learning and traveling are two of my favorite things. I am just stuck I guess, wondering where I will ultimately be free from all the chains that this society puts on people. Where I can love on people and tell them why I love them, since someone loved me फर्स्ट

I know, I know....
It's been awhile and I have to admit that this week I am not going to be a good blogger either.
Currently I am working on the Edelman Digital Bootcamp. It's on Saturday, so all my blogging efforts are in use, just not here on Flourish.
This last weekend my friend Shannon came to visit me all the way from LA! It was only for about 36 hours, but we had so much fun. Good food and good convos. Taking her around Athens reminded me how much I love it here. It's perfect. Driving around this amazing town, windows down and Patty Griffin on... life just seemed to stand still for a minute.
She got me the book "Eat, Pray, Love" for my birthday. I have heard so many good things about it and I can't wait to jump in.
Now, back to reality. I am starting to work with Food4Africa this week, so I will try to give ya'll an update about what our plans are! I am so excited!

new project.
I love connecting passionate people and appreciate it when people do the same for me. I recently got asked to be a part of the Food4Africa US chapter.
I am going to start working with a friend in Madison, GA to get the word out and get people involved. Check it out.
